One of our project managers oversee the build and onsite workforce, shadowed by their own project coordinators. This partnership is critical to providing clients with continuity and ensuring every project runs efficiently from design through to the handover and commissioning. All onsite meetings are attended by the project managers, who provide weekly progress reports.
